Joel Hudson: One of the best the FBI has, but Joel is haunted by a difficult past and has trouble connecting with other people. His rivalry with Agents Kale and Watson only adds to his already dangerous methods.

Pete Ramsey: Joel's FBI partner, he is a loyal friend, or the closest thing Joel has to a friend. Pete knows about Joel's past, but still gets frustrated at the distance it puts between the two of them.

Jean-Luc Espan: He was captured years ago by Joel and Mac when he led massive underground armies to murder people of different ethnicities. He didn't remain locked up for long, however, managing to escape in just three years. He is back, and hoping to pick up where he left off.

Grey: Second in command of Espan's armies, Grey was one of Jean-Luc's closest and most loyal followers. But, after three years apart, he is deciding whether he is more loyal to the man or the cause.

Played by: Rich Wills

Agent Kale: Joel's by-the-book rival. He is tired of always being overshadowed by Joel's success, despite how many rules Joel breaks to acheive it. As things get more heated, Kale even suspects Joel of attempting to kill him.

Played by: Stephen Porter

Agent Watson: Kale's more laid-back partner. Joel and Pete compete with him and Kale, but they have more respect for Watson and his work.
